Current Explorations in
Movement Therapy
|
|
To affect structure at its deepest level, we must
begin with breath. Breath activates our fluid
systems and encourages a softening of the tissues.
New neural pathways emerge as we access vital
intrinsic knowledge. We are thus able to
transform ourselves at a cellular level as we invite
our tissues to reawaken and remember their vast
fluid mobility. Breaking up our familiar
patterns of movement is essential and needs to be
experienced on a
frequent basis.
In our movement
classes, we establish
neutral "Empathetic Resonance" in the group, where
we support each other in our own individual healing
processes. Complex cellular reorganization
occurs which allows new information to present
itself.
It is with deep honor that I am able to witness this
powerful healing in myself and others.
